Our Easy Return policy :
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please send us an email for return. sales@hollywoodlingerie.org
There is no return number requested or email confirmation requested.
Simply Send Your item back for a Refund.
Item must have original tag attached and UNOPENED or they will not be accepted for return.
Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
All Costumes and Holiday Item are NOT returnable. Costumes can be exchanged for a different size only.
All PANTIES, THONGS, CHAIN MAIL, TEDDIES, HOSIERY, are NOT RETURNABLE, Due to sanitary/health concerns and Federal Laws.

- What should I do if the wrong product was delivered?
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24-48 hours of receiving the product and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

- When will my order ship?
Most of our products ship within 2-3 business days after placing your order with UPS. Some popular items that are not currently in stock will be placed on backorder. If this occurs you will be given the opportunity to cancel or change your order. We will notify you if this occurs and work with you to make sure you are %100 satisfied. Please understand that shipping may take longer if ordered around Holidays like Christmas. If you have a fedEx account please provide us with the proper information needed to ship your order.

- How much is your shipping fee? Do you charge?
It depends on your order size and shipping method. Shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout procedure. We offer FREE shipping on order over US$50.00 to U.S. addresses. If you have a FedEx account please let us know ASAP and we will ship VIA FedEx on your account.
